Early Deadline Materials

- Signatures of PI and all co-PIs on Duke Proposal Approval Form (DPAF)
Schedule proposal meetings with the CS Grants Manager to occur as early as possible, but no later than the following:
- Single/Multiple CS PI Proposals: 10 business days before proposal deadline
- Multiple Departments and/or Schools and/or Universities or other institutions: 14 business days before proposal deadline
Limit drop-by meetings to short conversations; provide budget items to the Grants Manager by email.
The early deadline materials (listed at right) must be completed 7 business days before the proposal deadline. (Appeals for waiver must go to the Chair in writing a minium of 24 hours in advance.)
Final materials must be uploaded and ORS given permission to submit a minimum of 24 full hours before proposal deadline. (Appeals for waiver must go to the Chair in writing minimum of 48 hours in advance).
